Order Issues
Below are some common questions about orders.
I Think My Order Is Lost Or Stolen.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if your order is lost or stolen. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control and in the hands of the mail carrier. We truly wish we could be more helpful. The only thing we have is the tracking number you received.
If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS.
I Placed an Order, Can I Make Changes To It?
Your order automatically goes into print production and packaging as soon as the order is placed. Because items can sometimes be packaged faster than we respond to emails, we cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed. Please double check your order before completing it.
My Order Bounced Back.
If the carrier is unable to deliver a package for whatever reason and it bounces back to us we will issue a refund for the order. Shipping cost not included.
Sometimes the reason for a package bouncing back is not indicated to us.
My Order Is Damaged.
All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I Didn't Receive a Tracking Number or Order Confirmation Email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. It can sometimes end up lost in there.

Each order is made-to-order specifically for you, therefore, we do not offer returns, unfortunately.

Shipping

When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are often shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. US orders normally arrive within a week of being shipped. We are a small team doing our best to get orders shipped as fast as we can.
If you think your order might be lost please contact the mail carrier.
What Carrier Do You Use To Ship Orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS most often. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service.

We are a small team and it can take us a few days to respond to emails. We don't answer customer service questions thru DM on Instagram. Email helps us keep everything organized.
Do You Offer Wholesale?
We don’t offer anything on our website for wholesale at this time, but are intrigued by the idea. Fill out our contact page for serious business inquiries.
How Do Your T-Shirts Fit?
We carry "Unisex Cut” shirts. Sizes range from Small-5XL. Order one size up from your usual size for a looser fit.
An Item I Want is Sold Out, Will You Be Restocking it in the Future?
Some items we restock, but others might be a one and done design. The best way to stay up to date is to follow us on Instagram. We will also always post there when items are released and restocked.
I Sell / Make My Own Items, Would You Carry Them on your site?
We currently only carry our own products.
Is Atlanta Trading Post Hiring?
When we are looking for our next team member we will have a link to the job description and info on how to apply on our website as well as on our social media pages. Keep your eyes peeled!
Can You Make Something Custom For Me?
Sorry, but we only make our own products at this time.
Can I Get One Of Your Designs Tattooed?
Absolutely! We are always honored if someone wants to get one of our designs tattooed. All we ask is that you send us a photo!
Where Did the Name Atlanta Trading Post Come From?
Over the years, we’ve taken pride in creating products that cause a laugh or start a conversation. This same vibe has carried over to our social media accounts as well. That being said, we are seeking those fans who are ready to post up at the hangout and chat about this and that regarding Atlanta. It is our hope that those conversations may happen in the comments of our accounts. It is also our hope that our designs will spark those posts as well.
